Providing your personal information to us is voluntary. However, if specific information is not provided, we may be unable to process your reservation or fully deliver some products and services. For example, we cannot process your travel booking without your name and contact details. 

Photo and Video

When travelling with Dianne Frost Luxury Travel on a hosted journey, photos or videos may be taken. We respect your privacy. If you do not wish to be photographed or appear in any video, please inform your group host or the photographer. Any photos taken by Dianne Frost Luxury Travel will not be used for marketing purposes without your prior knowledge and consent. 

While we take every precaution to protect your privacy, we are not responsible for photographs or videos taken by other travellers without our knowledge.

Providing Personal Information on Behalf of Others

If you provide personal information about another person—for example, when booking for a group or listing an emergency contact—you must ensure they are informed of the information being shared, are aware of our Privacy Policy, and consent to your acting on their behalf.

When a booking is made on your behalf, we may collect the types of personal information described above from the individual making the booking.
